Unable to ping VM

Hi,

We created 2 VMs in the cloud.

We are connect with the Tunnel Azure

Using 10.165.224.0/24 network

We are able to ping the servers from the clouds to our servers on our site. The problem is we can'T ping the VM's in the cloud from our side. We cannot also ping the VMS from one to another in the cloud.

Any idea?
